IJCCI had organizing a Annual Get together & "Indo Japanese Cultural event" -' The Colors of India and Japan - SAMBHRAMA - 2012 ' which was accreditied under "60th Anniversary of Japan India Diplomatic Relations".
This was the frist program under 60th Anniverary celebrations in Karnataka. The event was held on Wednesday, 25th January 2012 at Hotel Atria, Palace Road, Bangalore.

'Shakuhachi Recital and Jugalbandi with Sitar' was organized by IJCCI,supported by Consulate of Japan in Bangalore at National Gallery of Modern Arts, Bangalore on 19th February 2011.This event was a part of 'Shakuhachi Pilgrimage to India' by Famous Shakuhachi player Jumei Tokumaru and hisaccompanists on Koto and Sangen from Japan sponsored by the Japan Foundation, New Delhi.
